Like most millenials, I collected Beanie Babies as a kid. My favorite childhood teddy bear was an Auburn tiger beanie I named Teddy. In the early 2000s, I discovered Build-a-Bear, and my sweet mother and grandmother took me to Florida to make my own bear before they opened stores in Alabama.Today I collect Jellycats, Animal Crossing, Pokémon, and more. This will mostly be a photo dump, but I'll share some additional details. This page is inspired by 1990s geocities pages.

Jellycats
Jellycat is a plush toy company founded in London, England in 1999 that is best known for Bartholomew Bear, bunnies, and "amuseables" featuring nature, food, and objects.My overall favorite plush toy is Jellycat, and I mostly collect amuseables of nature, coffee, sweets, and anything heart-shaped. I will also occasionally buy different types of Jellycats as souveniors on trips.

Gaming Pillows
my goal for our living room is to be cozy, nerdy, and personal, and so i've collected large throw pillows representing all of our favorite games, including animal crossing, pokémon, the legend of zelda, and world of warcraft.
the Zelda korok is from club mocchi; the animal crossing leaf, isabelle and tom nook are from club mocchi; the world of warcraft hearthstone was from blizzard con 2015; the pokéball plush was from Target; the stardew valley golden chicken was from sanshee and the stardrop (not pictured) was from fangamer, and the hello kitty mocchiri face (not pictured) was from crunchyroll.
Animal Crossing
The Build-a-Bear Tom Nook was a birthday gift from my brother-in-law. I bought the Little Buddy Timmy store clerk at the Nintendo Store in New York City in 2023. Others I found on eBay.
Pokémon
The Detective Pikachu Psyduck was a gift from my husband in 2018. I bought the Statue of Liberty Pikachu as a souvenir from the Nintendo Store in New York City in 2023. The Soda Pop Bellossom and the Sitting Cuties Bonsly and Lotad were gifts from the Pokémon Center online store.
Other
Two newer plush toy lines are Palm Pals by Aurora World and BumBumz by Jazwares. I don't have enough space to collect these, but I have found a couple of cute ones I really love.
The first two are BumBumz spring birdhouse and watering can, and the second two are Palm Pals' cherry blossom petal and watering can.
